A matcha-forward mobile cafe in Chicago.
Fifths Cafe is the cart. We bring the whole bar to you. We build our menu around single-origin, cultivar-transparent matcha, which means we'll always tell you exactly what's in the cup: the cultivar and the harvest. No house blends, no mystery green powder.
Right now that's a single-cultivar, first-flush Okumidori out of Uji, Kyoto. Deep, rounded umami and a mellow sweetness, vivid green in the cup.
