A matcha-forward mobile cafe in Chicago.
Fifths Cafe is the cart — we bring the whole bar to you. We build our menu around single-origin, cultivar-transparent matcha, which means we'll always tell you exactly what's in the cup: the farm, the cultivar, the harvest. No house blends, no mystery green powder.
Right now that's a first spring harvest Samidori out of Uji, Kyoto — smooth, creamy nuttiness with a hint of umami, and none of the bitterness people brace for.
